What time zone are the class times listed?
All classes are scheduled in NZ time. We are happy to add more time slots that are time-zone friendly globally. Be sure to let us know here which time zone you are (link)
If I need to miss the class, will there be a recording?
While we will always encourage actively being there because it will mean so much more, we understand schedules can change at the last minute. There will be an unedited recording available for 72hours after the class finishes up.
I’ve registered for the class and haven’t received the info?
Technology can be amazing when it works and when it’s not, another story! Be sure to check in spam and if we’ve landed there, add [email protected] to your contacts . Still no show, please connect with us and it will be a pleasure to send all details.
What’s the difference in experience between the 30-45min classes to 60-90min ones?
Thanks for asking! The longer classes offer more detail, practical activities + more interaction with the Coach-Facilitator and other participants. While we create as much interaction as we can during the 30 min sessions, we are also focused on delivering all we can in that space.
How can these be tailored for our team or community?
Yes, it is easy for us to tailor modules for your people – individually or in smaller groups. We deliver these chunked down to consistent and brief times slots from a few days apart to 1 x per week or longer. Our intention is to bed-down changed-up ways of being so you work together in the healthy and sustainably happy environment you are all after.
